Bunking at Bass Camp is the way to go for easy accommodation. Read below for our hot bunking tips.
What to bring
So you’ve purchased a Weekend Pass and a bunk bed for Bass Camp! Here’s what to bring…
Ticket and ID
Don’t forget your ticket to Bass Camp and your photo identification.
Bedding
Your bunk bed has a mattress, fitted sheet and pillow. You’ll need to bring the rest, such as blanket, pillow case etc.
Drinks, Eski & Cups
Bass Camp is a BYO event, so an eski on wheels will be your best friend. Please remember glass is not allowed on site.
Toiletries
Each dorm has a shower block, so bring the things to freshen up.
Beach Gear
Bring your bathers, towel, sunscreen and INFLATABLES! Inflatable unicorns, donuts and thongs are all perfect for the beach!
Food
Breakfast will be available from the Camp Canteen by pre-purchasing a breakfast ticket.
There will be food trucks on site for lunch and dinner. Keep an eye out for which trucks are coming… You can also bring your own food but please note there is a total fire ban, so no stoves or cookers are allowed.
Checking In to Your Room
When you arrive at Bass Camp, visit the Info Desk to get your assigned dorm room number if you haven’t already found your allocated dorm through Humanitix. Single bunk beds will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so check-in early or make sure you assign yourself a place when you buy your ticket to get the best choice of room.
Storing Valuables
Shared dorm rooms are generally not locked by default, so be mindful about leaving valuables out in the open.
You can store valuables for free at the Bass Camp Info Desk.
Parking
Parking on site is limited and will require a Car Pass when you book your ticket online. We recommend car-pooling with your mates, or get dropped off at the front Gate. The gate at Point Peron is close to the camping area so not far to carry your belongings.
